With over 40 years of experience in banking and lending in Hawaii, Julie Lawrence brings a wealth of knowledge, a personal touch, and a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities of financing a home in the Islands.

Julie spent 25 years in commercial banking, gaining extensive experience in residential mortgages, business lending, and consumer loans. Following her banking career, she pursued another passion, education, becoming a Special Education teacher and helping students with diverse learning needs succeed.

Today, Julie combines her financial expertise with the patience, compassion, and dedication of an educator to guide her clients through the home financing process with confidence.

Her philosophy is simple: 'I never say no, just not yet.' Julie believes that homeownership is a journey, and when the timing isn't quite right, she's committed to helping her clients develop a plan to get there.
